27th February – Sussex Innovation Centre’s Female Founders’ Open Morning
A networking breakfast & 1:1 mentoring sessions for local business women and budding female entrepreneurs. I spoke about my business journey, sharing my Why, my experiences & 3 top tips for other entrepreneurs.

26th March – Open4Business Expo
I was due to chair the panel & speak about making environmental management the business norm – unfortunately cancelled due to the Covid-19 lockdown.

29th April – Remote Auditing – webinar with IEMA
I was on the expert panel of the IEMA webinar sharing top tips to get the best from your remote environmental audit. This is one of a series of webinars about adapting to life during the Covid-19 lockdown. See more on my blog.

29th July – Survive & Thrive – Female Founders – webinar with GDB & SINC
Sussex Innovation & Gatwick Diamond Business run weekly webinars to help support businesses during this difficult time. I spoke, along with other female founders, about how we have adapted our businesses during lockdown, our plans and hopes for the future. See the webinar here.

31st July – Climate Change & Environmental Management Systems – webinar with IEMA
From understanding your emissions, setting reduction targets (e.g. Net Zero), auditing & reporting, your Environmental Management System (EMS) provides the perfect framework to deliver climate action. A networking webinar for Sussex SMEs. I spoke about environment management – entitled “Green lights all the way – save money, cut carbon, win business”.

21st October – How CEnv Has Helped Me and My Career – webinar with SocEnv
As a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) for over 15 years, I was asked by the Society for the Environment (SocEnv) to share my experiences, details of my career and why I achieved CEnv. Hopefully it motivates you to go for CEnv status! See the webinar here.

End of each month: Gatwick Diamond Business
As Chair of GDB I make a regular address to the monthly Members’ Meeting, about GDB strategy, direction & key learning points from events.
