Registered Carbon Accountant<\/h1>\n

I am the first Registered Carbon Accountant in the world!<\/strong><\/p>\n

ISEP (Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals) and CAA (Carbon Accounting Alliance) have set up a Register of approved Carbon Accountants.<\/p>\n

As far as we know this is the only formal register of carbon accountants in the world.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m pleased to say I\u2019m the first one on the Register.<\/p>\n

So does that make me a world leader? A record breaker? Who knows! Either way, it\u2019s brilliant to be part of the first cohort.<\/p>\n

The world of carbon accounting has evolved over the years, with some training available, but not really a confirmation that a service provider is truly knowledgeable and experienced. The ISEP Register will address this – anyone on the register must have gone through approved training and keep up to date with CPD requirements.<\/p>\n

So next time you need your carbon emissions calculated or verified, check out the register.<\/p>\n
