Race for Life<\/span><\/h1>\n

Well that was tough!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Today, I ran the Race for Life<\/strong> in aid of Cancer Research.<\/p>\n

This was a good challenge for me, not only to raise money but also complete the distance, after getting back into running (well, jogging) again only recently.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Why was this important to do?<\/span><\/p>\n

We all know someone who’s lost the battle with cancer. But more importantly we all know someone who will WIN THAT BATTLE!<\/p>\n

Cancer Research’s work is so vital to increase those wins.<\/p>\n

I ran the Race for Life in memory of my dad Brian Ledwith. He hated being defined by the cancer and outlived his prognosis by 10 years!<\/p>\n
