Marco Sara Schioppettino 2022 (750ml) Kumeu Winemaker Kevin Hall has foundMarco Saras organic vineyards in the far Northeast corner of Friuli (near Slovenia) are, like most of the region, better known for whites than reds. Schioppettino here is vinified in concrete with only native yeasts for 20 days with pumpovers, before resting briefly in oak before returning to concrete for finishing.
