That crossing of fabric crosses over itself at the waist and then falls in two panels of fabric over the waist giving the skirt a little extra dimension and movement

Waist: the front waist seam is 13" flat across from side seam to side seam but the dipped back allows you to adjust it a bit up from there and it would just lie less dipped

Hand finished and with a hand set silk loops inside on either side that you can put your arms though if you wish

These are stable and are only seen when laid out flat and looking for them

I see no bare areas of missing sequins

When hunting for the date we found a runway photo that is perhaps not the best runway photo ever but it does effectively date the address to the Fall 1995 'Fairy' collection. She showed the collections during London Fashion Week at the Dickins & Jones department store on Oxford Street. The collection was meant to represent a whimsical magical
