The oldvine Grenache brings perfume and lift, while Mataro adds earth and structure. On the palate, it is fullbodied, plush, and richly fruited, showing flavors of plum compote, blackberry, red cherry, spice, and earthysavory undertones, wrapped in silky but firm, talctextured tannins.
