Sourdough Intermediate -Hands on class Organic Camp chairsLets stretch and fold! The most frustrating thing about stepping up your sourdough game can be working with a wet dough. This class we will do just that and get you comfortable with a new technique. This class will last about 4 hours. There will be plenty of time to visit, share recipes, and maybe have a couple mini classes too. Each student will mix and stretch and fold their own loaf of sourdough bread. They will take it home to rise, form and bake
