220mm "Camouflage" damascus Gyuto with matching saya handle 0mm Thickness mid way: 2This 220mm gyuto features a camouflage mosaic pattern damascus that was hand forged by myself out of 1084 and 15n20 high carbon steel. The knife has a full flat grind with a slightly convex edge to help with food release. The handle and matching saya are made out of some Western Australian Raspberry Jam, which as the name suggests smells like raspberry jam when working it.
